When I began playing B n S one of the first things on my list was to hypermax out my inventory. I bought a lot of dragon pouches assuming that it cost a lot, unfortunately the last 3 rows of the storage are not unlockable. Nothing in the game really alludes to this, so I was disappointed initially. I couldn't do anything with them unfortunately, can't trade or put them on another account or what not. So i decided to do a ticket but I just forfeited as a loss.
As you can see by the message stated below, they actually refunded the purchases, which to me is unheard of for an F2P, and with the flack they have been getting recently I feel that things like this should be praised.
So props to you NCsoft for doing what was right even though you didn't have safe bns gold.

I bought about 4 packs of the dragon pouches, unfortunately I wasn't aware the last 3 slots oft he storage were not unlockable and nothing in the game alludes to that Cheap BNS Gold. I'm wondering if those pouches can be refunded for the Ncoin credit since I literally can't do anything with them. Or at least have the capability to put them on another account.
