If you're doing a lot of dragon pulse jumping or a lot of fast camera rotation it can give you headaches. Remember that you're pretty much just looking at light, beaming at you and that in weird rotations and such can cause it.
Fast flashes could cause epilepsy (think the flight sequence of Tera, or that banned episode of Pokemon from 199x causing people to seizure BNS Gold) so its not that weird that long duration exposure to a very dynamic game can give you headaches (would be worse on a 3D monitor or using Occulus rift like devices)
So far I haven't had an issue with BnS but games have given me headaches and nausea in the past. particularly some of the earlier First Person games Couldn't play doom for more than a few minutes without retching or Wolfenstein . 6 Months ago Marvel heroes made some changes to the camera which locked the camera in at a certain distance and that got a lot of people sick as well until it was corrected.
I'm making an account just to respond to this.I have the EXACT same symptoms as you. I started this game a couple of days ago I had to take work off today because of the headaches and eyeaches behind my eyeballs. I've tried taking contacts off and using glasses but the aches won't go away. It's definitely BnS related.
This sounds like its Vertigo related, which is, funny enough, more common in females then males yet the it looks like most people having issues with it are male.
I highly doubt everyone suddenly got an ear infection playing the game so my best bet is BPPV (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo Blade & Soul Power leveling), BPPV can occur for no known reason and may be associated with age but that's mainly based on statistics from the pre-gaming era.
